I was asked by Bluemoon Publishers to re-review the edited version of "Nirvana" by JR Stewart.
Larissa Kenders is a punk musician with a rebel attitude towards animal cruelty. She and her band, Sixty Sextet have played to thousands of fans and led many protests trying to free endangered species in labs all over the country. Her fiance, Andrew is a top head programmer for Nirvana- a refuge from the real world which has been wiped out due to the big Extinction and together they form a dynamic duo.
However, one day, Larissa is informed Andrew is dead but the barracks cannot provide evidence of his death. After months of unanswered questions and troubled thoughts, Larissa decides to take matters into her own hands to find her fiance, but this leads her down a path of lies, secrets and cover-ups. Larissa doesn't know who she can trust and is she really ready to find out the truth about Nirvana?
This time round the book was a huge success! The plot was so much easier to follow, the pace of the story was just right and I was able to understand the difference between real life and the virtual world- Nirvana straightaway. I enjoyed the flow of the storyline and liked the way some of the characters decisions and actions were changed as it made the story more believable.
I'm so happy that JR Stewart listened to the feedback provided by the readers and re-wrote the story to reflect our concerns and opinions. I really enjoyed this version and would definitely recommend it to other readers!
5 out of 5 Stars!!
